At Venekto INC., we understand that getting your gear quickly and safely is a priority. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada with no minimum purchase required.

1. Shipping Timelines (Canada-Wide)

Our delivery estimates are broken down into Handling Time (processing) and Transit Time (shipping).

Total Estimated Delivery 5–9 Business Days Total business days from order to doorstep

2. Shipping Locations & Carriers

  • Origin: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Manitoba (MB), Canada.

  • Carriers: We partner with Canada Post, FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address that is verifiable via Google Maps.


3. Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact support@venekto.com immediately. Once an item has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

  • Delivered Status: If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.


4. Late Deliveries & Your Rights

In accordance with the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act:

  • 30-Day Delivery Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel the agreement and receive a full refund.

  • External Factors: While we strive for speed, delays caused by extreme Manitoba weather, courier disruptions, or government regulations are outside our direct control. We will communicate any known delays via email promptly.


5. International Shipping (Outside Canada)

  • We don't ship orders outside of Canada. We are exclusively shipping and delivering orders within Canada.
