Payment Policy

At Venekto INC., we provide a secure and transparent checkout experience. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all domestic and international orders. These icons are also displayed in our website footer for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover.

  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  • Direct Transfer (Canada Only): Interac e-Transfer.

Note: For Interac e-Transfers, orders will be processed once the funds have been successfully deposited into our account. Please include your Order Number in the transfer memo.


2. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Base Currency: All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars ($CAD).


3. Taxes (Manitoba & Federal)

In compliance with Canadian tax laws and the Manitoba Retail Sales Tax Act, taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination.

Manitoba (MB) 12% (5% GST + 7% PST)
Ontario (ON) 13% (HST)
BC, AB, SK, QC, NL, NB, PEI, NS, YK, NT, NU etc.

The total price, including shipping and specific provincial taxes, will be clearly displayed in your "Order Summary" before you finalize the payment.


4. Payment Security & Processing

  • Secure Encryption: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data.

  • Data Privacy: Venekto INC. does not store your full credit card or CVV numbers. Payments are handled by certified third-party processors.

  • Authorization: Your card will be authorized and charged at the time of purchase. If an authorization fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.


5. Billing Discrepancies & Refunds

  • Refund Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Disputes: If you notice a billing error, please contact support@venekto.com immediately. We strive to resolve all disputes directly and fairly before a formal chargeback is initiated.


6. Consumer Protection (Manitoba)

Under the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to a clear breakdown of costs and a copy of your transaction receipt via email. We will provide a digital invoice immediately following your purchase.
